VOLUNTEERS (2007)
LIBRARY HONORS ITS VOLUNTEERS
The hard-working volunteers who staff the Chincoteague Island Library were
recently honored at their annual luncheon and recognition day. This team of
volunteers keeps the Island Library open 30 hours a week, including Saturdays and
Thursday evenings. The Library Board of Directors honored these volunteers by
contributing $1,455.00 to the Library Expansion Fund.
